A currency per project
Each project has its own currency: its rates, budget and expenses are in it, and its work is invoiced in it. The profitability report brings currencies together with ECB exchange rates.
Rates that fit your trade
Dated rate cards on the organization, client and project: per hour, per day or per job, with optional billing increments. Past work keeps the rate that applied.
Timesheets people fill in
Week, day and month views, last week’s rows carried forward, and whole days filled at once. On a phone the week becomes a day-by-day list.
Approvals by week or month
Choose the period per organization, client or project. Approved time is locked, and invoiced time can never be reopened.
